Each session lasts for 50 minutes apart from the assessment session, which could last for an hour.
Sessions are highly confidential unless there is a reason for me to worry about your safety or that of others. Although this is very rare, I will be required by the BACP code of conduct to report to the appropriate authorities but not without your awareness.
